One Success at a Time

When Cami was first registered to Daycare she was shy. Her social skills were lacking, but she grew, adjusted and became more sociable. If you ask her what Point of Hope did for her, she would say that the staff taught her to speak politely, to behave and to be self-confident. And she is acting on it in a big way!

Called to Serve

Sometimes I have a hard time hearing God’s voice and discerning his will. But last October He spoke to me loud and clear. You’re going to Romania to serve my children! I won a mission trip to Romania through ACF on WDLM radio! I’m not so sure “won” is the right word. More like, “You’re appointed and anointed.”

A New Perspective

Seeing the children (with their hair no more than a half inch long) clinging to the wire fence watching us walk up to the orphanage was heart-breaking. It seemed I could hear them saying in their minds "Someone is leaving! Maybe it's ME!". That image is forever burned onto my heart.
